What data do we collect?
1. An email address for the adult contact acting as guardian for the child.
2. The child’s name, age, and on their request their own email address.
3. On sign up we also collect banking details for the subscription, held on a secure encripted server via our host .

How do we collect your information?
When you conduct a transaction on our website, or fill out the inital contact form as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
If a member fills in the form we will keep your details virtually for 24 months, just in case a member wishes to return, and will be kept as a club mailing list unless we are contacted directly for removal (which you can do at any time) : firstname.lastname@example.org
How is it stored?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

As a website used by children we need to monitor who is using the site for safeguarding all our members. Keeping an internal record to track members past and present is of high importance in safety online.

Right to Erasure
We give each individual the right to erasure of any information held on them online and our processes has been organised so that, as far as possible, it is as easy for a child to get their personal data erased as it was for them to provide it in the first place as advised under Artcile 7 (3) of the GDPR. Members online have the capability to remove or change their own generate profile and photos at anytime.
